Special Planning Program for the Chemin d’Oka Sector

APUR was mandated by the Municipality of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac to support the development and drafting of a special planning program aimed at revitalizing and redeveloping Chemin d’Oka, as well as planning targeted interventions in public and private spaces. The vision of the SPP is to make the central area vibrant and welcoming, with its sustainability ensured through an urban composition adapted to the realities and needs of the current and future population. The structural interventions will create an attractive, dynamic, and cohesive living environment, focusing particularly on multimodality, maximizing the area’s capacity and density, and diversifying residential and commercial typologies.
