Redevelopment of the Manoir Gouin Site

As part of the comprehensive renovation of Manoir Gouin, the outdoor spaces were redesigned to improve universal accessibility for residents, primarily seniors. The proposed layout coherently integrates pedestrian and vehicular pathways, drop-off zones, parking, terraces, and suitable vegetation. The project implements innovative stormwater management strategies, promotes the reduction of impervious surfaces, and increases vegetated areas. Particular attention is paid to safety, user-friendliness, and ease of maintenance. The spaces offer varied furniture, a small public square, a community garden, and renovated equipment, creating places for relaxation and activity that meet the needs of residents.
