A project shaped with the collaboration of citizens and the City
The concept developed aimed for a residential development on a 2.5-hectare site in Bois-des-Filion, one of the city’s last vacant lots. The project also required the coordination of several collaborators, including biologists, geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, and a land surveyor.
Several issues were taken into account as part of this project, notably the presence of a high-noise zone, a landslide risk area, and the preservation of the forest cover. The project, developed in both traditional and integrated forms, includes 39 residential units located on a site bounded by a wooded strip.
The mandate also included the organization of and participation in a pre-consultation process with the public, as well as support during the regulatory amendment and approval processes with the City.
