Pavilia Project

Pavilia Delson, the result of a collaboration between the City of Delson and the developer, offers exemplary quality housing with 10% affordable units and ground-floor retail, including incubation spaces to support young local businesses. APUR designed the landscape architecture for the ground-level and rooftop amenity areas, combining nature and functionality. The outdoor spaces promote sociability and sustainability through appropriate plantings, relaxation areas, gentle circulation, and urban furniture that highlights views of the river and the city. The rooftop terrace becomes a unique garden for residents, while the ground floor offers fluid landscape routes, green islands, a dog area, and commercial welcome zones. Each space strengthens the connection between residents and the community.
