A project carefully integrated into nature
Overall planning, urban design, and municipal approval processes were completed for a residential and resort development project located near Mont Daim, in Mont-Tremblant. The project integrates 59 single-family residences connected to a wooded amenity area via a network of pedestrian trails, all as an integrated development.
Particular attention was given to the preservation and enhancement of natural environments, with deforestation limited to only 13%. The minimization of interventions in the site’s rugged areas, as well as the protection of significant visual perspectives, also deserve to be highlighted. Subject to a PIIA, the project obtained all required authorizations from the City.
To ensure the developers’ vision was realized, an architectural guide was prepared, and non-deforestation easements were planned with the professionals involved in the project.
