Adélaïde Project

Developed with a focus on seamless integration into the Rawdon landscape, this integrated residential project on a site of nearly 4 hectares in central Rawdon comprises 126 housing units across 21 buildings. The concept highlights the site’s natural environments by preserving a wetland complex and integrating a network of trails and recreational spaces in the heart of a wooded natural setting. A significant portion of the parking is also concealed within the buildings. The project is designed to offer affordable housing within walking distance of Rawdon’s commercial core.

Our team led the entire planning process, regulatory amendments (SCAOPI), and coordination with various collaborators.
