A transformative project that turns an ambitious urban vision into a concrete, inspiring framework, ready to shape the Sainte-Rose Station TOD area of tomorrow.

This mandate led to the completion of a comprehensive diagnosis of the intervention area as well as the definition of a clear and coherent development vision, supported by major structuring guidelines and a detailed implementation plan. APUR worked on the design of detailed development plans, sketches, ambiance drawings, street sections, volumetric studies, and 3D perspectives.

For this project, APUR developed innovative development concepts, notably through the creation of agro-urban neighborhoods inspired by the area’s agricultural past, a structuring multifunctional hub ensuring intermodality between different modes of public and active transportation, and the deployment of large-scale parks and green spaces ensuring a balance between nature and urbanity.
