Multimodal Path Master Plan

The Municipality of Sainte‑Cécile‑de‑Milton undertook the development of a master plan for a multi-use trail in an agricultural zone, with the aim of connecting its territory to that of the City of Granby. Following field surveys, the master plan was developed by defining the proposed alignment, producing 3D models, and preparing project sheets detailing the required work, the anticipated encroachments, and the cost estimates needed to implement the municipal vision.

The process also included supporting the municipality in preparing an application for authorization to use land for non-agricultural purposes with the CPTAQ, as well as facilitating public consultation sessions with the citizens concerned.
