What We Offer

A permanent full-time position at the heart of municipalities in the Greater Montreal area. Specifically, you will serve as the essential link between citizens, regulations, and territorial development.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Inform, support, inspect, and oversee local projects.
  • Apply urban planning and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in committees (PAC) and represent municipalities.
  • Contribute to concrete, useful, and visible projects.

What we are looking for:

You don’t need to check every box. If you are curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want
to talk to you.

  • Interest in regulations, municipalities, and inspections.
  • Education in urban planning, development, architecture (or another
    relevant background).
  • Comfortable in the field and mobile (car required).
  • Diplomacy, autonomy, good judgment, and a sense of service.
  • Proficiency in French and the Microsoft Office suite.
